Baalty is freeware (it does not cost to download or use it). Support for Baalty is provided on a volunteer basis. If you are experiencing problems with Baalty, please check the FAQ's (below) first.

Where can I download the Baalty software?
The Baalty software can be downloaded at www.baalty.org/download.html
Does Baalty work on Mac computers?
No. At present, Baalty only works on Windows XP and Vista.
There is a problem with the Arabic writing in Baalty. It can't be read. How can I fix this?
You may need to re-install the Arabic font that is used by Baalty. Download the Arabic Web font here. Once you have downloaded it, install it to your fonts using the Windows control panel.
I have found a problem with the Baalty program. It tells me there is an error. What should I do?
If the error occurs more than once in the same way, it may be a problem in the Baalty program. Please write an email to support@baalty.org to inform us of the exact details of the problem, so that we can update the Baalty software.
Who is eligible to participate in the Baalty contest?
Anyone living in Egypt between the age of 12 and 18 years old, who is of Egyptian nationality.
